Polite, prompt, considerate and professional!

I'll start by saying they were slammed and did their best to get us squeezed in. Dropped vehicle off on a Monday being told Thursday at the latest they'd get my brake pads and possible rotors complete. Called to get an update/estimate on Wednesday. They hadn't looked and my vehicle yet. Reminded them I really needed it for a family trip Thursday night because we were leaving early Friday. Again poor planning on my part. But Thursday around 3pm they finally got it in a bay to tell me that they wont be done until Friday. And brakes and rotors would be $1,600!! Called around and they were the highest people in town. Even Schwab's was cheaper and they were going to replace calipers per standard, not just pads and rotors. $1,600! Is absolutely insane! WAY OVER PRICED ended up doing what I should've done and fixed it myself for $400 thanks to O'Reilly's.

Steven, you are right. We got committed to too much work and could not under promise and over deliver. Thank you for the fair review. The price was out of line as we were rushed and did not research the best deal for you. Sorry you got the brunt of it.

Not very helpful kind of rude

I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. Looks like maybe you were broken down from out of town and we did not give you a good solution. Thank you for trying us and again I apologize we did not assist you better. We will work to be more available for people. Thank you.

Spent $9,700 on a motor swap on a 2012 tdi jetta and they spent 6 months fixing it and still couldn't get the check engine light to go off. And they used old covers and other stuff from my old engine on the new engine. Plus the new engine had a worse tick and didn't run as good as the one that was on before. After going to this shop I will be learning how to do my own stuff for now on.

The ppl are warm and friendly. Eric was my mechanic and was very helpful. He explained everything as he went along.

I was leaving Prineville after conducting business there for a few days. While trying to get on the road, the entire electrical system failed on my truck. Not being local, I asked for recommendations and was told about King Auto. Not only did they squeeze me in so I wouldn’t be stuck for days…….they did an amazing job! Their prices were more than fair! And they even helped me shuttle my truck back and forth to my hotel! With service like that, I may have to move to Prineville. Couldn’t be happier with these fine folks!
