Auto Repair in Prineville

We have been dealing with Kings Auto with engine replacement/warranty. They have been very helpful in the process, keeping me updated on the progress and also all things to watch out for in this 30+yr old vehicle. The experience has been so helpful and shows their integrity and professionalism. The problem I have is I'm in Bend and they are not, but that's on me. I am considering the drive might always be worth it. Many thanks to all at Kings.

I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years and I’ve always received great service. I think you can tell a lot about a shop based on how they keep their workspace. King’s is always clean and organized. The crew looks and acts professionally and they stand behind their work. It seems like everything is expensive these days including vehicle maintenance, but you have to weigh the value against the cost and I’ve always felt like I get my money’s worth at King’s.

They were nothing short of amazing, I had gotten my warranty transferred over to them, and they went thru all the work dealing with my warranty on my wrangler. After all the mess and back and forth, they got the work approved and had my wrangler put back together very fast and efficient. I Will absolutely be returning back to them in the future! They let me use a free loaner vehicle for 3 weeks, all around it was the best experience I have ever had in a shop. Thank you Kings !

Great service with a decent price. I had a minor leak which they fixed and my bill was under $100. they explained what they found and had pictures of they issue before and after the repair.
