We have been dealing with Kings Auto with engine replacement/warranty. They have been very helpful in the process, keeping me updated on the progress and also all things to watch out for in this 30+yr old vehicle. The experience has been so helpful and shows their integrity and professionalism. The problem I have is I'm in Bend and they are not, but that's on me. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years and I’ve always received great service. I think you can tell a lot about a shop based on how they keep their workspace. King’s is always clean and organized. The crew looks and acts professionally and they stand behind their work. It seems like everything is expensive these days including vehicle maintenance, but you have to weigh the value against the cost and I’ve always felt like I get my money’s worth at King’s.
